WEDDING PACKAGE- 2

WEDDING PACKAGE-2  PARTIAL COORDINATION
Same as full coordination: for couples who have started the planning process and have already made arrangements for their suppliers(50% of which have been already booked).
Advise the couple on how to go about their planning and research, will be rest assured that we are aware of every step they took before the wedding day itself.
Additional assistance for the preparations that couple has already accomplished.
Conceptualize the wedding plan of the couple.
Help the couple in managing their budget, contract review of the suppliers and even make payments to the suppliers as to couple's request.
Coordination on three locations:bridal suite, church and reception venue.
1. BRIDE'S RESIDENCE/BRIDAL SUITE
  • Time management.
  • Securing all bridal accessories: rings, coins, pillows, veil, cord, matches, offerings, etc. and bring to church/ceremony venue.
  • Arrange wedding gown in body form and all bridal items for photo shoot.
  • Coordinate with suppliers(hair and make-up artists, photographers, videographers, florist, etc.).
2. CHURCH
  • Coordinate with church coordinators on ceremony and lay-out.
  • Check church ceremony set-up and seating arrangements.

Theme conceptualization and styling.
Budgeting,costing,booking,coordination
Securing and providing a list of venues, possible vendors and cost of each.

Planning of the ceremony and reception details.

Reviewing of contracts and documents..

1.BRIDE'S Residence/Bridal Suite
  • Time management.
  • Check on all suppliers needed for the wedding (flowers, missalettes,souvenirs, guestbook,etc.)
  • Securing all bridal accessories:(rings, coins, pillows, veil,cord, matches, offerings, etc.and bring to church/ceremony venue).
  • Arrange wedding gown in body form and all bridal items for photo shoot.
  • Coordinate with vendors-(hair and make-up artist, photographers, videographers, florist, etc.).
2. CHURCH
  • Church ceremony set-up and setting arrangements.
  • Coordinate with church coordinators on ceremony and lay-out.
  • Check arrival of musicians, choir, priest,clectors, vendors, offerrors,etc.
  • Guide readers and lectors.
  • Check delivery and set-up of flower decorations.
  • Distribution of bouquets and missalettes.
  • Assist in processional march; offertory.
  • Monitoring of wedding rite and trouble shooting.
  • Signing of marriage contract.
  • Pictorials;recessionall march.
  • Shower of confetti,release of balloons, or doves.
3. RECEPTION
  • Monitor services to ensure each vendor complies with the agreed contract.
  • Registration of guests.
  • Guest management and seating arrangement.
  • Check table lay-out and physical arrangement.
  • Check delivery and set=up of wedding cake, flowers, souvenirs, sound system, etc.
  • Check arrival of musicians, entertainers, emcees, etc.
  • Guest book, signature frame, pre-nuptial photo gallery set-up.
  • Direction and facilitation of whole program:music, traditions,highlights, speeches, ceremonial toast,etc.
  • Pictorials.
  • Security of gifts,wrap-ups and turn-overs.
On-site supervision.
Gift and guest registration management.
